By earning 25 house points, players get 250 coins. There are other prizes available as well that reward a player's individual performance. The team that wins will unlock the spider pet, whereas second place will get 30 energy, third place will get 500 coins, and fourth place will get 100 coins. Furthermore, the House Pride event is cooperative, with players separated out into teams of 10 and pitted against three other houses to see who can earn the most house points for the duration of the event. The new event in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mysteryis another House Pride event, meaning players have to earn house points instead of stars like in the game's other events. Additionally, the developer has also kicked off a new in-game event that gives players the opportunity to unlock an exclusive spider pet. Magical Creatures Reserve – Tap on Borf to get some extra energy.The animation stops until the extra energy is available again. Forbidden Forest (available in Year 4) – Tap on the animated triangular spider web to the left of the Spider’s Lair.Tap on the person standing at the end of the alley. Hogsmeade (available in Year 3) – Scroll to the right till you get to the first alley that’s to the right of the Three Broomsticks.Lower floor – East (available in Year 2) – Tap on the books that are scattered on the bench between the Library and the History of Magic classroom.Tap on the stick and Fang will arrive to retrieve it. Castle Grounds – Scroll to the left towards Hagrid’s Hut and you will see a stick on the ground.Dungeons – Tap on the house elf that is standing to the left of the Potions classroom.Tapping on the middle one gives you additional energy. To the right of the Great Hall are three statues of knights.The torch lights up to indicate a claimed energy unit. Tap on the unlit torch to the right of the Great Hall.Oranges appear in the painting when the energy is claimed. West Towers – The painting of flowers found in between the Gryffindor common room and the Prefect’s bathroom.An extra unit is also available by tapping on Peeves, who can be found hanging out by the entrance ladder of the Divination classroom.The painting is occupied by a girl when the energy unit is claimed.
